The ZoneHealth 2013 Compensation Plan
The ZoneHealth compensation program is designed for individuals to benefit from a business that allows them to work at their own pace to achieve their personal and financial goals. The ZoneHealth. compensation program is easily understandable and can be quickly explained to others. It is a very realistic and achievable compensation plan with manageable steps and is designed to quickly provide meaningful financial rewards to the Associate.
The compensation program is comprised of weekly and monthly bonus rewards, cash rewards, matching commission checks and the ability to join in an Elite Bonus Pool. You can immediately earn weekly commissions with our Fast-Start Bonus, as well as beginning to earn 10% commissions on the other ZoneHealth Associates in your sales organization in the first month. We have planned our compensation program for rapid short-term income growth coupled with long-term stability. Furthermore, you are provided with a replicator web site, access to all of our valuable dietary tools, and your own personal internal zone coach to work with you all at no cost to you after your first product purchase.

Section #2 - Building a Sales Organization
There are only so many hours any one individual can work in a week. With your help and support, other Associates in your organization can build their own organizations, which could mean thousands of combined work hours. The best part is that you get paid on a percentage of the total sales your organization generates! This is in addition to what you can earn on your own retail sales. So it is easy to see how over time, as your sales organization grows, you can earn more money with an organization than you could ever earn by yourself. You can also see how building an organization solves the problem of earning money even when you are not working.
The compensation program rewards you for your efforts in building your own organization of Associates.
Uni-Level Compensation Commissions
The ZoneHealth compensation program uses a compression mechanism to ensure that the maximum commissions are paid to its Associates. Compression means if you have an Associate in your organization who does not purchase any product in a given month, then that Associate will be skipped in the calculation of your monthly commissions and the next rank of Associate (or higher) in that leg of your organization is elevated to take their place. This means the Associate who is not purchasing product that month will not count against you in your monthly commission calculation. This is to ensure you are not penalized for having non-performers in your organization and that maximum commissions are paid to you.

One of the qualification criteria for advancing to higher ranks and beyond has to do with how many legs of a certain rank you have. The “rank” of a leg is defined as the rank of the highest ranked Associate in that leg. For example, if the highest rank of any Associate in a leg is an Executive Manager, then the leg is referred to as an Executive Manager leg. If the highest rank of any Associate in a leg is Director, then the leg is considered a Director leg.
